Jerome J. Herman is the founder and President of J. J. Herman & Assoc., LLC. For over 40 years, Mr. Herman has been providing commercial real estate brokerage and consulting services for the retail and restaurant industries. Jerry was the former President of the Associate Council of NACORE (National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives), as well as past President of the Cleveland Chapter of NACORE. Jerry is also a past board member of CIRB (Council of International Restaurant Real Estate Brokers), as well as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Restaurant Association, Ohio Restaurant Association, and the Cleveland Area Restaurant Association. |
